For Parents & Families Placement fees - Foreign and Local hiring For Employers: $1,200.00 + HST RECRUITMENT FEE for the employer - if you hire a nanny/caregiver from OVERSEAS. This will be made in three payments: FIRST PAYMENT: $300 + HST to setup of interviews to select one candidate. SECOND PAYMENT: $450 + HST will be paid by the Employer prior to submission of the LMO application in Service Canada. THIRD PAYMENT: $450 + HST will be paid by the Employer upon issuance of valid LMO from Service Canada. All Fees are non-refundable .
$1,100.00 + HST if you found your overseas nanny on your own and need help with the paperwork. (Includes advertising, Service Canada application for Labour Market Opinion-LMO, and preparation for work permit in the Canadian Embassy overseas with your own candidate.)
$1,000.00 + HST for all LOCAL full time live-in nannies. (Includes advertising, Service Canada application for Labour Market Opinion-LMO, and CIC work permit application.)

WEEKEND PLACEMENTS: Return Clients: . If you need a temporary nanny/caregiver - full placement fee is due prior to the first day begins. . NOTE: Our fee is NOT based on the nanny/caregiver's salary. We will help to negotiate a fair rate on your behalf because you are our client, but the ultimate decision regarding salaries is between the employer and the candidate. It is the employer's responsiblity to maintain payroll records, make appropriate deductions and remit all taxes to Canada Revenue. . GUARANTEE: Our guarantee policy if things do not work out, we can find a replacement, provided that the employer has obeyed the Provincial labour standards and human rights laws in Canada... If the working relationships ends because of misrepresentation of the employment contract, mistreatment, abuse of hours worked and didn't compensate your nanny for the extra time (duties, wages & treatment). We cannot provide our guarantees and become null and void. When hiring overseas a 6 months probation for replacement from overseas applicant. For hiring locally a 3 months probation from local work force. (Conditions may apply). Why you pay us? Here are services we provided with these fees include: Recruitment, screening caregivers, interviewing, professional and legal fees. We prepare all documents required for Service Canada. Assisting our clients with their payroll computation (CPP, EI & TAX), Drafting nanny/caregiver’s duties & responsibilities, Constant follow-up within the three months probation. We also help with the paperwork required for the caregiver's renewal of their work permit and visa processing, government fees of $150.00 is shouldered by the nanny. Long term commitment with services such as on-going follow-ups as well as mediation if conflicts should arise.
