What type of commitment are you looking for an employment as a nanny/caregiver?

Full time long term.

What did your previous employer like best about you as their nanny/caregiver?

My employer like best about me being dedicated and responsible worker since I lived with them as family for 7 years in Israel.  I take good care of elderly woman 94 years old with Alzheimers disease and I keeping good personal hygiene, giving her a shower, bed bathing,  syringeal feeding, changing diapers , assisting in giving oral medications and turning the patient every now and then in bed. Being loyal to them and providing the needs of the employer is what they really appreciated.
